I have been trying to take few days to figure out a way to address this topic delicately, but WTF is happening in Albania? In a country where the law is weak, the communication is missing and the society is muted, a 65 years old pedophile threatened, raped and bullied a 15 years old girl for almost three years. As a female, I am not sure in which part of the previous sentence to rage the most.
